Too late, many have used wellness vs. non-wellness insurance rates to scare over extended employees into getting vexxed AND financially raping those standing their ground. We have a little over 3,000 employees here and about 1750 vexxed. Since Jan 1st(vex deadline was 12/31/21) we’ve seen an explosion in cases(2.8% of the workforce). At this rate and if all vexxed get hit, some portions of the facility will not be able to be safely operated due to personnel counts.
Add to that the 1200+ not vexxed who now despise their employer.
Fun times, let the lawsuits and retribution begin....any second now. How about the young man who saw his young, beautiful and healthy wife get vexxed, age rapidly, and die of blood clots or myocarditis because the company said so or threatened them financially? Should his wife’s former supervisor be worried about the now-widowed husband?
