True. This is not some huge revelation. Multiple comorbidities helps Covid kill. But the more subtle reality is the old have comorbidities. You just won’t find many old folks who have none. It’s very rare, thin or fat.
There is a blurb out there . . . something like 68% of people over 65 take 3 or more pills each day. And it becomes 85% by age 70.
The young need to get recalibrated. This is not an issue of unhealthy dying by the virus. It is an issue of the old dying by the virus.
Everyone agreed in principle - but then the Fauci fear-mongers went ahead and bloated the mortality stats by incentivizing hospitals to including deaths with co-morbidities as Covid deaths.
So, while you are right that everyone knew about the co-morbidities and there were no official denials - we are still left with a completely false death stat that is widely accepted as fact.
If the CDC or any other official reporting source was sincerely interested in reporting the truth, they wouldn’t mince words with % co-morbidities - they would simply announce that the nearly 1m Covid deaths reported for the USA is utter horse shit, and report a more correct estimate at 5% of that - under 50k.
Along with profuse apologies for a two-year deception that has crushed our economy and contributed to the theft of a crucial presidential election.
