I’ve seen this pattern play out a number of times - young woman enjoys the company of men, hits the wall somewhere in her 40s, falls off the wall like Humpty Dumpty in her 50s as a single woman, and then suddenly decides she’s a lesbian.
This woman was married and has a daughter. Obviously this whole lesbian thing didn’t occur to her until later in life.
