How can the Justice Department continue to ask for delays in trial dates for detained defendants—is this not a clear violation of the Sixth Amendment?
I’m gonna add that it’s also a gross violation of the 8th Amendment. Murderers and Robbers are offered bonds. But not folks that were at the Capitol on 06Jan
Well said. Too much voting on emotion and name recognition. Times have changed. Time to pay more attention to who is representing us on every level.
Especially the local level. They’re as bad as anyone in DC and do it while sitting next to you at the local diner begging for your vote.
