Many herbs are antivral and antibacterial, sort of wide spectrum. One is prunella aka self-heal, heal-all. I grow it and make tincture. I actually have quarts of it (overdid...) and would be glad to send people 4 oz bottles of it. Good for (among other uses) flu or other respiratory ailments, reputed to be good for cancer (Chinese use it for that), infectious illness in general, and externally for any kind of bites, sores, infections, pimples, and really good for cold sores, or cat scratches. I used it on my shingles and they cleared up quickly. Used it when I had cancer (among many other herbs), and also for flu, and probably had covid last winter. Used it then, plus other herbs.

Oh wow, they germinate just like strawberries. I’ll be putting a few trays of strawberry seeds in the fridge today. Now I wish I had some prunella. It’s such a pretty flower.
