Manuka honey
I would think that mono-floral is the best as it is made from pollen exclusively from the manuka tree.
I have been using Wedderspoon as it is harvested closest to the big manuka grove.
All honey is medicinal. Manuka is just off the charts medicinal.
Another thing I have started doing since we are under biological attack, is consuming more spirulina. I like the flavor and it seems like it would be highly nutritious.
Oh yeah I remember spirulina from way back, not too my likin tastewise but I took a lot it - fell off the health-nut waggin a loong time ago, lol.
