Alpha-zam(Black Seeds (Nigella Sativa)) and CD4 (helper T) and CD8 (killer T) cells. Seems the reports shown bring the cell counts to normal or raises the counts for CD4 and CD8 that fight HIV and Hepatitis.

Nigella Sativa is the only thing I found so far that work against HIV
