A friend of mine’s company did that when his dad was still running it back in the 1970s. They probably employ around 100.

I had one company where I worked 3 12’s one week, then 3 12’s and an 8 the next (Sun-Tue, followed by Sun-Tue 12’s, 8 on Wed), and every Thur-Sat off. There was another guy who mirrored me, working every Wed I didn’t, and then taking Thur-Sat, 6 AM to 6 PM.
Loved that shift in my late 20’s... it was perfect!
