Let me ask a question: If awhile into the CoupFlu, if Trump had come to the nation and announced that the coof was part of a plot to end our republic, that most of our government, from local to federal, was either okay with it or in on it, that the cabal included even our law enforcement and public health officials...
Would we have believed him?
Or, without the proof of what we’ve seen since, would we have wallowed in our normalcy bias and called him a kook? And turned our backs on him.
If Trump was suckered, it wasn’t for long.
And I’m now starting to think that while he fought, he didn’t implicate, and that was because the citizenry needed to see for ourselves that most of our government considers citizens the enemy, that there was indeed a Deep State and it was wielding government like a bludgeon.
Now that we are in the midst of our epiphany, Trump doesn’t have to worry about convincing us.
We’re on board.
We know what we’re up against.
Great points!
