Having the modern weapon and the will to use it are 2 different things. Killing another human is evil in itself.
On my PC, #3 shows up huge, takes the entire large PC screen. Just above, the same URL code showed up smaller than the height=500 version. Not sure why.

The Chinese model requires a hostile foreign invasion, decimation of Nationalist forces fighting the invasion, and defection of some Nationalist forces to a mostly inactive corps of armed Revolutionaries.
Then, the Revolutionaries need to attack and drive out of country the remaining and weakened nationalist forces. Once all power is consolidated in the hands of the Revolutionaries can the Workers Paradise be started
Next, the leadership of the Revolutionaries needs to identify a kindred foreign power that needs to be impressed by the Revolutionaries actions and acumen. To do so means becoming culturally similar to the kindred power and to do so means destroying all remnants of the old culture while replacing it with the new. Along the way, millions will be killed resisting and more millions starved by agricultural and trade blunders.
That’s the Chinese model.
American Revolutionaries are taking bits and pieces from any Revolutionary model that fits the particular situation. A smattering of fascism here, a bit of communism there, a snatch of raw socialism everywhere - all that coupled with historical and cultural revisionism, a redefinition of language, disruption of previous social norms, corruption of morals and decency, perversion of education and more.

No, it isn’t. Murdering another human being is - but there is a HUGE difference - legally and morally - between killing and murdering.
FYI, the 6th Commandment is “Thou shalt not murder.”
