I had to eat a lot of plant-based protein due to an illness I had and got over. To this day I find Beyond to be much better than impossible. Beyond is pea-based protein. If you’re going to go on this sort of diet (and it works) - make sure to stay away from SOY. The only good soy is fermented soy.
