Billy Tauzin— DEMOCRAT Leftist pretending to be a conservative and a cofounder, as an elected Democrat member of the US House- of the House Blue Dog Coalition, a group of moderate-to-conservative Democrats. Who remains of this mysterious group these days? There are none unless one is dreaming or fantazing. Tauzin switched to Republican in 1995, when the “wave” hit, saying that “conservatives” are not welcome in the Demonrat party— not then or now (and only when they are pretending to be, as we see). January 2005, the day after his term in Congress ended, he began work as head of PHARMA. Five years at 2million per, then retired his last year making 11.5 million/year. He wrote the Medicare Bill while still in Congress (and then jumped to PHARMA- having negotiated for them for this Bill.
