Yeah embarrassing for the daughter, but the daughter is 30 years old and apparently hasn't had any luck. Mom claims to be wingman, did daughter agree to this? Is the problem the daughter or the search?

The daughter may need counseling as well. What's happened in her previous relationships? Are her values aligned with her mom's.

It's also possible this is just an advertisement for wingman.com and daughter is happily in a relationship or even married.

The daughter is not guilty. But I'm sure I'm out of her age range. And NY is a long way from Tennessee.
