I liked the bit about how the drug “opened up her airwaves.”

When did you get certified as an immunologist?

Your job is rendering people unconscious without killing them so other doctors can perform surgery. Keeping up on that is a full time job. When do you find time to practice medicine outside your specialty?

Drug interactions can be a large part of that job

“Drug interactions can be a large part of that job.”

Of course they can be. But the concern of an anesthesiologist is what drugs the patient is currently taking and how those drugs interact with the anesthetics under consideration.

Once the patient survives the anesthesia and the surgery the responsibility of the anesthesiologist ends.

I had never seen the term “eggcorn” before, but I like it.

There’s more and more eggcorn appearing all the time, it seems. A lot of people have never seen in print the expressions they use, because they don’t read much, and people don’t think about the meanings of the words in those expressions. Autocorrect doesn’t help, either.

I am board certified in critical care medicine
So your assumptions are quite incorrect. However if you had read my previous posts and understood that you would not make such obviously ignorant statements

So having truly been on the front lines with support from numerous professional societies dedicated to critical care Medicine perhaps my expertise is deeper than you wish to acknowledge

But again I have said this is the past.

If your goal is to stalk and Doxx you seem to be succeeding

I am well within my scope of practice. Unlike the accusations you have leveled. And unlike the disruption you continue to bring.

Have a pleasant day. Please stop responding to me especially with factually inaccurate information.

“ I am board certified in critical care medicine.”

Then maybe you should be practicing that. And perhaps you should also let people make up their own minds as to the increasingly doubtful efficacy of these so called vaccines.

Because it seems to me that they’re not behaving like any other vaccines in history.

They’re not preventing the spread of this disease. They’re not preventing people from contracting this disease. All we get is the unprovable assertion that without the vaccine things would be even worse.

That’s akin to a 300 pound man thanking Diet Coke that he’s not a 400 pound man.

Viagra relaxes the arteries to allow more blood flow. Those on nitro tablets are warned about it possibly dropping the blood pressure too low.

Please tell me when I have advocated that people should not make up their mind with the implication that I think it should be mandatory

If you would like my opinion on vaccination please let’s have a conversation. If you wish to impugn and name call please stop responding. It strikes me you seem to believe what you want but it also strikes me that you might be reasonable to st least have a dialogue.

Let me know your intent

For all intensive purposes, despite our upmost efforts, we grammarians are finding an uphill battle.

Up until about a year ago we were frequently using aerosolized Epoprostenol (Flolan) for pulmonary hypertension if the Nitric Oxide Tx was ineffective.

I do not think that the Flolan being delivered in that fashion had a long history, but I had never used it all all when I worked in Chronic Care. I am guessing that it became popular just about the time that I started there in the newer job.

Once I got into the Acute Care about 10 years ago or so I started to see it commonly, though not so much that we had an abundance of pumps or the filters required to administrate it. It was a relatively rare Rx.

They were switching over to a newer med when I left. I cannot recall the name, but I could look it up.

Glad you got a chuckle. As the old Reader's Digest said; humor is the best medicine.

They probably should have finished that sentence to say;

"Humor is the best medicine for stress!"

For a compound fracture I'd still prefer an orthopedist. And an opiate. :)

“This is exactly the condition those that warned what would occur with these vaxxes. “

Because you haven’t the slightest idea that virus was known to cause this same damage long before the first covid vaccine was ever created. So naturally you imagine it’s the vaccines. Ignorance does that.
