Re: nasturtiums

I received my Baby Rose Nasturtium seeds last week from Park Seed Company.

Sounds like I might have to start the germination process this early?

I have a seed starting set-up from Park ( The BioDome ) , that I put in a sunny corner that has windows on 2 sides. In April I will start heating my greenhouse and move all my BioDome started seedlings out there.

Last winter I started pansies and several other seeds early, but not January first, more like end of February.

Was going to start my pansies earlier than that this year, maybe Jan. 15th.

So if you start nasturtiums in January, I will give it a try.

Any advice on nasturtium seeding or general info is welcome!

I am growing the Baby Rose variety because it is not long and viney.

If I like them, I will try other varieties including the bigger ones.
