I agree with your observations.
The other odd thing they did was to reduce the stand size dramatically in some locations. Some thought they didn’t want to show empty stands but maybe they were making it difficult for the fans to ever come back. Sort of scorched earth.
The blm thing almost drove me away.
But the thing I hate even worse are the damn commercials.
Instead of going to them during cautions , they increase more as the race progresses
And the whole screen inside screen. Where Im squinting at a 12 inch picture on my 40 inch tv seriously torqes my jaws.
We get to see lots of laps in the first laps, and maybe 1/4 of the laps at the end of the race.
And going to commercials in the last 30 or 20 laps is about to be the final straw.
Any more woke crap or commercials crap or tiny screen in big screen and I’ll be done with it.
Oh, marketing guys, I actively DONT and WONT buy any product I see advertised on tv, cuz your products commercials irritate me so much . when I’m in the store and I see your product I get irritated all over again and think” screw that brand” and by the off label brand.
You guys live in an echo chamber of fake data and are just scamming each other imho.
