I’m eating homemade yogurt already regularly (full fat, whole milk). I wish I could figure out how much lactoferrin is in that, maybe I’m good already

it looks like a lot of these studies give 200=250 mg/day lactoferrin for various treatments.

That’s a quart of milk. Which would be well less than a pint of greek yogurt the way i make it. I’ll just eat my yogurt with blueberries
