I agree, Julian Assange is Deep State unrelated to Trump, but it is the same Deep State that was after Trump too.
I believe that Blinken is the story because of blatant hypocrisy. China is bad because of jailing dissidents, yet Blinken and almost the entirety of US law enforcement and the PTB, are going after Journalist Assange and others.
Then there are the populist Political Prisoners from 1/6.
