No. They do say all that, but in somewhat palatable language that goes down easy to a people who are already conditioned to believe humans are a cancer on the earth and the 'environment' is sacrosanct.

I think we both can agree that 'reproductive health services' is code for the killing of humans in the womb, aka 'abortion' and other forms of 'birth control'. Correct me if I'm wrong.
But how do vaccines lower the world's population, you ask? Here's what [they] say to that question....
However, Gates was not suggesting the global population should be killed off using vaccines. He is, instead, saying that improving public health using vaccinations can reduce unsustainable population growth in the future – and with it, lower carbon emissions.
This seems counterintuitive, right? But wait, there's more....
When he later saw data suggesting that when mortality rates fall, so, too, do birth rates, Gates shifted his focus from preventing births to saving people already alive.
So Bill Gates 'saw data' that SUGGESTED if less people die, less people will be born. Umm, okay. Let's see that data, Bill. And keep in mind that data 'suggesting' something is not proof of that something. Remember, vaxtard. Correlation is not causation. Hahaha. Flipped it on ya, right?
Now, I would like to see Gates' (or your) explanation as to why, when mortality rates fall, birth rates fall, providing that's even true. But I'd like to hear their theorie's that 'suggest' that it is. Its funny to see how you derp's minds work.
And...what is left out of the brilliant scientist Bill Gates' calculation is, as health improves, less people die, and old people stack up like cord wood, while new people continue to be born.
These derps never tell the whole story, only that which fills in the colors of their paint-by-number fantasy make believe worlds. And by doing so, they get it wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME, and what stacks up are the unintended consequences, mayhem, and death. That's what comes from playing God.
