I love my 10 year old German shepherd. Don’t extrapolate that to human love. He is a great gog. If he becomes unstable, I will those 3650 days out of my mind in an instance to protect my family over a simple out of explanation aggressive behavior.
I don’t irrationally hate anything that I am willing to state publicly. My dog is a working breed that has home duties. He is still expected to do them. He still does them out of training and instinct.
Little yapping dogs, I do not like and see no useful purpose. Nearly killed my MIL little beast (not a dog IMHO) when it tried to bite my step daughter. Yet I was the bad guy. I would have broken it’s neck in a second had it done what it tried. I anticipated it, caught it in progress. Lots of women being women over it.
Dog will not step out of line the 7 days I see it a year. Mission accomplished. I may yet have to make it die peacefully in its sleep in 2-10 years. Doesn’t mean I hate all dogs. Working dogs have mission in life. Give them a mission and they can serve selfishly.

No worries. “Hate” may have been the wrong word for me to use in regards to dogs. But i generally do not like them and prefer not to be around them. Working dogs i get. They are needed in rural areas and farms I am sure. But in neighborhoods, i’ve yet to meet a dog that was not a nuisance in one way or another. For the dog owners who keep control of their pets and do not annoy or threaten neighbors, my hat is off to you. But please remember, dogs are not people. Human children should come first. There are many young women giving up motherhood by playing pretend mom to dogs and it is really disturbing to see. It’s just another attack on the family structure to encourage declining birthrates imo.
