So does Omicron cause death or not? If not, it looks like Delta is running in tandem with Omicron.
Seems like all the hospitalizations and deaths so far can be attributed to Delta. But a majority of new cases? Omicron. We should know in 2-4 weeks to see how many severe cases there are. Even if it is milder, it is so much more contagious so there will be some bad numbers, I’m sure.
