An area in the video, that you may want to review, starts around 9:40. Note, that “25 HydroxyCholeCalciferol” is produced in the liver.

Some of that “25 HydroxyCholeCalciferol” goes to the kidney, where the active form of vitamin D for your body, is produced at your kidney:

“1, 25 DiHydroxyCholeCalciferol”

At 11:25 into the video, Zach Murphy begins to talk about the “25 HydroxyCholeCalciferol” (again, that is produced in the liver) that also goes to our immune system cells.

Murphy shows how “25 HydroxyCholeCalciferol” is converted at a White Blood Cell (macrophage) into (again):

“1, 25 DiHydroxyCholeCalciferol”

The active form of vitamin D in your body.

Some of the terms used in the video, up to around 28:40 minutes:

1-Alpha-Hydroxylase
1, 25 DiHydroxyCholeCalciferol
25 HydroxyCholeCalciferol
antigen
Antimicrobial
Beta Defensins
Cathelicidins
CD4 molecule
chemotaxis
cytokines
Interleukin 4 (also 5, 10, 12)
lysosome
Macrophage
MHC II molecule
Naive T Cell
peptides
phagocytosed
phagocytosis
phagolysosome
phagosome
proteolysis
ribosome
T Cell Receptor (TCR)
T Helper type 2 cell

Zach Murphy speaks a little too fast, for my hearing, and I also miss some of his writing on the whiteboard; so, I am including those terms - in case somebody else is trying to figure, “What did he say?”
