Substack is a legit forum for newsmen and bloggers to express their views.
Some are more legit than others but there is no reason to dis them just because they use a substack rather than Wordpress.
Keep in mind - one of the patent holders of the optical mouse is a FReeper who worked for Xerox PARC.
I didn’t dis him for using substack. I gave him credit for being a smart guy and an inventor when replying to someone who asked who he is. According to what I found on an internet search, he is credited with inventing the optical mouse, which is pretty darn cool — and I sure do appreciate it. Of course, what one finds on the internet is not necessarily correct, and did not intend to not give credit where due to the co-inventor(s). That’s really cool that one of the patent holders is a Freeper!
The thing with this particular piece is — it’s *normal* to have swollen lymph nodes after being vaccinated. Not just Covid, but *any* vaccine. So why the gasping and pearl clutching? And, no, it is not “unexplained” — see my #7.
I did not look at the comments there at substack before (and only skimmed a few just now), but there were some sane and knowlegeable people posting what I did, and then others scared the “adenopathy” would “cause breast cancer” and getting all upset. So sad these people are being scared over lymph nodes doing what they normally do after a vaccine.
If Steve Kitsch had a medical background, surely he would not post this, calling it “unexplained” like it was some sinister thing. Again, one quick internet search for “vaccine swollen lymph nodes” (without quotation marks) is all that’s needed to discover it’s perfectly normal if does not already know that.
I am not ascribing evil intent to him, nor even saying he is posting this as clickbait, but I wonder why he did not do that simple search. A number of the commenters there appear to have no clue what adenopathy is and are upset, and I suppose it must sound scary if one does not understand what that word means. Odd he did not at least explain what the word means. These are things that make me go “hmmm”. I chose the kindest explanation: he has no education or background in medicine and it shows.
