Had some great BBQ on a vacation in the Carolinas. Great joint in Dillsboro NC, a tiny little town, but great Q.

I'm partial to KC style, too. Try to take in a Jack's Stack when I'm there.

If I may make a suggestion, try Arthur Bryant’s when you’re in KC.

Their BBQ sauce is top notch. None of that heavy molasses flavor.
