Geez, doesn’t anyone just microwave bacon anymore?
1 minute per slice using a microwave bacon cooker, grease drains away from the meat and can be poured off for later use, no special cleanup - just put the cooker in the dishwasher. Really works well if you want chewy rather than crispy bacon.
Am I some kind of neander-creep for doing it that way?
Pan frying is the only way to cook bacon.
