I don’t follow. I know that Texas was at one time its own country. And I know Texas has the right to divide itself into smaller U.S. states. But does Texas have some special right to secede that the other states don’t? Where is that written?
And as a side note, I find it interesting that the United States is always lecturing other countries about the right of self-determination. But try it here and Gen. Sherman comes knocking at your door.
