I’ve noticed that most of the electric tools being sold now are without battery to make them appear lest costly.
Electric tools are sold without batteries because if you have enough batteries you don’t want to pay extra for more you don’t need.
That’s not the reason. Why should one pay for extra batteries? All my electric hand tools are the same brand so I can swap the two batteries I own between them.
