Sure...A person can drink “adult beverages” even at 6 years old, but that doesn’t mean it’s LEGAL..........
Most states have the LEGAL age to drink and to vote at 21 years of age...
Some states have the age at 18 years old for drinking and voting...
Those are considered “ADULT”.....
If you want to consider a person at 4, 6, 8, 12, 16...an adult, be my guest...

Israel age of majority is 18.
