Vaers is the reporting system system started by the government in 1990 to keep track of adverse reactions to LICENSED vaccines.

You have just doxxed the notorious Humblegunner. The truth may now be told.

Humblegunner is a countrified, barefoot, hillbilly, meth addict, yes this is true. But he is also a dust bunny that lives under the couch. This explains why he knows nothing of human endeavors. Oncet in a while, when his humans are feeling industrious, they move the couch and vacuum the furious little pest up with the vacuum.

Clever dust bunny that he is, he escapes back under the couch when the humans fail to empty the vacuum bag. And so they cycle continues.
