We ran head first into this yesterday. We were planning on travelling over the holidays to visit family. Were. Now it is a definite maybe. Apparently some of the relatives at our destination have completely bought into the pandemic hype. They are horrified at the thought of being in the same room with us un-vaccinated types. They asked, more like demanded, through the family Matriarch (don’t even have the guts to call us directly) that we at least wear masks and social distance indoors when they are there. I told the Matriarch we can make it simple, either we won’t come at all, or we come and live our lives as we choose. If the people of the Tharn are too afraid to visit with us, that is on them. I won’t play to their fears.
