There can’t be a mark if the Antichrist hasn’t been revealed. No Antichrist, no mark of the beast. While the jab might be a precursor, it isn’t the mark.
It’s eerily foreshadowing the Mark of the Beast, though.

I doubt you will. The ordinary path in circumstances like this is that someone like you will find a passage that “sounds like” what you were posting, it’ll be “similar” so you’ll try to assert how that particular passage says what you want it to say. Invariably, it becomes an exercise in chasing down nonsense.
Oh well, at least now lots of people are looking at Revelations chapter 13 these days. My roommate tried to tell me that the mark of the beast would be hidden. Well then, it wouldn’t be a mark now, would it?
It’s in Revaluation 13. The order of events is clearly stated. From the order of things to come, the Antichrist and the false prophet come before the mark.
