What supplements / preventives were you using before you got sick?

I’ve been taking multivitamins, and Vit C in the form of Amla berry. And up till September, I was taking daily quercetin (like for 20 years, for my seasonal allergies), vit. D and zinc, but then I started taking Niacin after reading Dmitri Kats, who is not a fan of those things with his protocols. However when I remembered to take the quercetin at least 3 hours from the niacin, I did, but it was sporadic And now I’ve been taking it and zinc again since I felt sick, just spread out over the day so as not to conflict with the niacin. Now that I’m staying home it’s easier to remember. I take an average of 3 to 4 grams a day of niacin. And since yesterday, I started using the Xlear and swigging my colloidal silver.
Tonight I had a big spoonful of crushed garlic im my checken soup supper. I don’t want any drugs, due to their unpredictability and my past experiences.
Funnily enough, my husband has not gotten sick (yet) and has never been interested in niacin, so he’s been taking the quercetin, zinc and D daily all along. If he doesn’t catch it from me, he’ll say “I told you so!” But I will have natural immunity first. ;)
