Where to start: Sandy and 9/11 were extra spending and not offset which is why Rand opposed them.

It's not just Sandy and 9/11. Rand Paul has opposed every disaster funding bill because it's not paid for by cuts elsewhere. If disaster aid for Kentucky is not offset by spending cuts elsewhere will Rand Paul vote against it? That's the only real question.

No he has not.

He has opposed every SUPPLEMENTAL relief bill which adds to the debt.

He has never opposed using the general fund. In fact he has requested funds from there a few times for Ky INCLUDING this time.

It is funded to the tune of $50bn, unlike the other SUPPLEMENTAL bills.

Check your facts. You seem confused.
