FRiend, try just taking a can of diced tomatoes. You can do onion and garlic. Salt and pepper. Cool it down and just use that. I don’t like the sweetness of commercial sauces. This has a very clean flavor and the tomatoes a pleasant texture with the meat and spaghetti

I kinda do like that touch of sweet, but the wife doesn’t particularly care for it. When I got the spices and oregano and onion powder and all the other stuff I get a couple cans of tomato sauce, a can or two of stewed tomatoes and basically stick to my aforementioned recipe
