The gas tank in my Yukon XL Denali has been

filled and emptied hundreds of times

it has two hundred and thirty thousand miles on the clock

a full tank of fuel still propels it for

approximately if not the exact same distance as when it was brand new

with regular maintenance it will probably make

THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND MILES

using the very same gas tank and fuel pump that

came with it from the factory.

MOST OF THE WORLD HAS JUST GONE INSANE!

My 2010 F150 FX4 has 192,000 miles and I still get over 500 miles a tank.

And that’s in Houston, running A/C essentially 348 days a year.

THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND MILES

pssh. I know a guy who put 552,000 miles on his 2002 Honda Goldwing, then bought a 2015 Goldwing, and has put 658,000 miles on it.

My Goldwing only has 87,000 miles so far. Barely getting started.
