Also Tesla's have a reputation for shoddy workmanship -- or at least they used to. There are busy bulletin boards where Tesla owners complain about body panels that don't meet properly, doors and glove boxes that won't latch, unidentifiable rattles and clunks, etc. And getting them fixed took many months, and even then the fix was often fuxxed.
