Of course, my family’s bout with covid was mild and none of us were vaxx’d, so...
Pretty sure me, the wife, and kids had omicron two weeks ago. Bad cold. Stayed home. Rested. Took vitamins. All better. I was the only one vaxx’d (job requirement i regret) and I was just as bad as the rest of my family.
It’s just a narrative to sell doses. It might help the elderly or those with underlying conditions, but the rest of us healthy, 40ish adults who eat right and exercise don’t need it and it won’t do much good for us. In fact, it might do more harm, like it did for me.
To clarify, our first bout with covid was January. Suspected omicron was two weeks ago.
We never wear masks and we don’t avoid public places.
