When my family raised beef (grass finished), we had the Mennonites butcher the ones we ate.

I loved me some ‘cannibal’ sammiches. Diced onion, pepper and salt on bread with the raw burger. Yum! Better than a hamburger. Sometimes some fresh home-grown diced maters on there too! Maybe some diced dills in there as well.
