The article said that those over 12 years of age had to be vaccinated, so it makes sense that 47 of the 48 were over 12 and vaccinated, one under 12 and not vaccinated.

Thank you. I stand corrected. I didn't think of those under age to get the vaccine, or how the cruise lines handled them.

I went on one cruise, to Alaska the summer before Covid. It was pretty obvious as a petri dish for disease, and although we enjoyed our trip, vowed I would never go on another.
