Everyone can make mistakes, and indeed sometimes knowledge comes later.

But the vaccines is a different situation — FDA knew upfront that they are unsafe, they know now that they are both unsafe and ineffective, and they continue with pushing them.

And this is the difference between an honest mistake and crime .. in the vaccine case, crime against humanity.

It is clear from the trials and the first two months of use that they are unsafe. Nobody cares. Or do they?

“FDA knew upfront that they are unsafe”

Pharmaceutical products have benefits and risks.

If the benefits significantly outweigh the risks and the pharmaceutical product fills an urgent need, then the pharmaceutical product should be allowed to be sold and people (in consultation with their doctor) can choose to consume the pharmaceutical product or not.

You should as a mentally competent adult have the right to refuse to consume a pharmaceutical product.

Refusing should not be considered misconduct under state unemployment law as medical product & service refusal is a basic human right of a non-threatening, mentally competent adult that has been recognized in the USA since 1914.

A medical service employer should have the right to fire vaccine refuseniks as it has a legal duty to maximize the safety of its service provision.
