I suspect Bill can’t stand Hillary and only interacts with her when absolutely necessary. Also, neither of them says anything that hasn’t been scripted and focus-grouped.
When I visited the Clinton library in Little Rock, they told me BJ spends a lot of time there without Hillary. He’s got a private residence/love shack on the fourth floor (the public elevators only go to the first three floors).
