Many countries have de facto control groups because they simply don’t have enough vaccine to give to everyone. This has in effect actually been done in India regarding Ivermectin where some states like Uttar Pradesh have actively promoted an Ivermectin protocol (I wish I knew what else they included when their health workers distributed it in many thousnds of villages). On the other hand, other Indian states actively prevented using Ivermectin if what I read is correct and had much worse Covid statistics.

As for what they are given you could look at the front line docks pages. It may not match but it is their recommendation.

That's ridiculous. De facto control groups are irrelevant as they are not monitored or part of any study. Pfizer's Covid 'vaccine' trials had 1200 deaths within the first few months and that figure was going to keep increasining exponential; having a control group would expose the depths of evil in play behind forced toxic vaccinations.
