Cap and trade was rejected by the voters, and the Republicans in the Legislature walked out to prevent its passage a couple of years ago. I guess when you’re a petty tyrant like Kate Brown, you just make the laws yourself. Sadly, this state is dominated by a very loud minority of environmental extremists. The sheeple have no idea what’s coming their way. I love living here in Oregon, but I’m getting exhausted fighting this state government.
