Bromelain is an enzyme derived from (now synthesized?likely) from pineapple. Supposedly helps with digestion.
One can indeed go overboard with mineral/vitamin etc supplements. Body can only digest/absorb so much, plus they have to be in balance which is a (not perfect) science in itself. IMHO Vit C is so easy to get from foods best to do that as one pees out any extra anyway.
Thank for the info. If we discovered only one thing during COVID, is that Ivermectin should be in every medicine cabinet. It’s amazing the benefits and the lack of side effects.
