Still doesn’t make sense to me. So why can some verbiage from PedoJoe and then some typed words from OSHA force private businesses, health care workers, schools etc and the military to get vaxed?
It’s a prime example of the pitfalls of have big gov as a client. Government coercion using the purse to make them enforce the mandate, even though there is no constitutionality to it IMO. Corporate fascism in real time.
Most of the medical profession receives some government payment for services rendered, Medicare, Medicaid, research grants et al so big gov can threaten to cut off the faucet if they don’t enforce the dictate.
I would also bet that much of large corporations receive money from big gov.
Big gov is also banking on companies et al not wanting the expenditure of fighting the mandate in court. Especially given some of the ridiculous federal court ruling that have come out, i.e. don’t want to play legal roulette.
Federal employees almost all are working for big gov and or the swamp, don’t have the money to fight the legality of the mandate and most probably are bidet sheeples so Jo and the ho are betting that the majority of fed employees will obey his mandate regardless of its legality.

If people who wanted the jabs, they already have them;
If people who do not want the jabs, they don't have to have them...this is STILL AMERICA, no matter what the ding bat lefties think, or China; and if we want something we get it, if we don't we don't...PERIOD.
AND Biden doesn't run the Congress, he is Elective office ONLY...he hasn't passed ONE bill nor will he...he is a phony, brain dead idiot that has absolutely NO business being in public let alone in the W.H.
