NBC declined comment, while Tafoya could not be immediately reached.
In recent days, Tafoya, 56, has been in the news because she has missed three games, which NBC describes as “bye weeks.”
She was on ABC’s “The View” in early November, where she made headlines when she compared COVID to the flu, saying the “flu kills people.” She also countered the idea that Colin Kaepernick was not on an NFL roster because of kneeling for the anthem.

There’s your answer
I miss the days when women weren’t on football at all (except the cheerleaders).
For years, every sideline reporter “(Coach Saban) TOLD ME...” As if no one else was told or a simple “(Coach Saban) stated,,,,”

Don’t talk to the FBI and don’t go on the view 🤪
She’s one of the few who I haven’t found to be annoying. So of course her role will be reduced.
I’m not surprised they are showing her the door. Her comments on The View rendered her a persona non grata on the left, and the NFL is now on the left.
I always liked her.
The communist purge reaches into every nook & cranny of the country’s life...
Communists (and their enablers) leave no stone unturned in their insatiable quest for more & more power over their serfs...
The world was a better place before sideline reporters.
