So if you want to create still pictures (never found a way to slow it down):

1. Right click the pic for ‘copy image link’ then
2. Paste it into a new search tab.
3. Open snipping tool, you can freeze frame it using the new button (top left) and capture screen shots.

This works best with 2 monitors and each app on a diff screen.

Years and years ago I was able to slow down gifs with Adobe Photoshop by lengthening the time between each image change. It was easy but I no longer have photoshop for this OS, which is Win7.

I never thought that I would have need of photoshop ever again.
