She bought from the same place I did, and my sister too. Her husband is also a City Police officer, so I doubt it was a scam. It could have been a scammer, it scared the bejeezus out of her. Why would a scammer send a card or a reply? I had not gotten my shipment yet at the time, but 2 weeks later I did though my bank refused the debit. I had to reiterate to them it was a proper purchase.
Did y'all buy from a US based seller that was having the product shipped from overseas? It sounds to me like they must have shut down a US operator who was importing the goods for them to have seized both.
The article links to an image of a notice of action from the FDA, that looks legit. But the FDA has also made public the import refusals they have made and it's pretty small.

Back during the W administration they announced they would not prosecute individuals importing drugs for their own personal use. But unfortunately the law remains on the books. And it leaves us in legal limbo. Just like the article above, will they or won't they?
The import refusal linked to by the article showed 200 capsules of 12mg ivermectin. That is a lot of ivermectin. IDK if they are triggered because of the current politics or because of the amount imported at once.
