Everyone should take a look in their school dumpsters at the end of the year. It is disgusting how many brand new supplies teachers throw out.

If you want to see good used things thrown away, go to a large college at move out time, especially if many kids come from out of state. It’s easier and cheaper to throw it away than to ship it home. Furniture, TVs, clothing, books, small appliances.
