(Wormholes are problematic for space travel, in theory, because they tend to destroy the craft inside.)

Wormholes do present stability problems, tidal forces and such. But Kerr blackholes contain a ring singularity and if the Stargate could impart rotational energy to stabilize the wormhole, safe transport would be possible inside of the ring.

The beauty of Warp Drive is that inertial mass inside of the bubble would be zero. External inertial dampeners would be required for sub-warp propulsion but not for Warp Drive because of a balance between gravity ahead (attractive) and anti-gravity behind (repulsive) the advanced aerospace vehicle (AAV).

In addition, my understanding is that general relativity is an extension of special relativity with the realization that acceleration is equivalent to the force of gravity.

How does the Heisenberg Compensator work? Very well thank you.

Ackshully, location is important here but not velocity, using tachyon technology to map past and future sub-atomic particle positions. Hat tip to Thomas Evans.

Quantum entanglement could be another solution to the teleportation problem.
